  1. What currency is your store in?
    All products are priced at KYD (Cayman Islands Dollar) currency.

  2. What payments do you accept?
    We accept cash and debit/credit card payments. (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.) 

  3. Do you accept USD Cash?
    We do accept USD cash at the exchange rate of $0.80 KYD for $1.00 USD.
  4. Can I pickup my order?
    Yes! You can pickup your order at our retail store, 6 Shadow Lane, George Town. 

  5. Can I have my order delivered?
    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery.
  6. What is your refund/exchange policy?
    We offer refunds for unworn and unused items with the original tags intact. Please contact us and we will refund you in Store Credit only.
    Exchanges can be done within 14 days of purchase, a purchase receipt/order number is necessary.

  7. What if I order the wrong sizes?
    If you are unsure of what size you need, we encourage you to use the Sizing Guide located at the footer of the site, contact us directly, or visit the retail store. We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit and are happy to work with you to find the correct size.
