1. Are the products on your website on island?
Yes, all items are in-stock and on island. We encourage our store customers to shop online for their next purchase(s). (It also helps to see new stock once it arrives!)
2. How do I buy products?
You have two options to buy products from us:
You can shop on the website, checkout, and have your items delivered for free. You will pay for your items when they are delivered to you.
You can come to our retail store located at:
6 Shadow Lane, North Church Street
Next to Baytown Plaza, West Bay Road
Our business hours are:
Monday – Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
*Please note that these hours may vary during special holidays. Check our Facebook for updates on our hours.
Note: No payment is received online. Payment is made when you pickup your items or have them delivered. (We want you to be happy with your item(s) before you pay!)
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash (CI or US dollar), debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We unfortunately do not accept American Express at this time. We will also accept cheques from established organizations only.
4. What’s the advantage of buying from Futbolista World?
The convenience of shopping anytime (literally) and the availability of high quality products on island. There is also a wide selection of items to choose from and a wide range of prices. We work with you and always remember our customer’s needs.
5. What are your delivery fees?
Free delivery is offered on the main road from Governor’s Square in West Bay to the Country-Side Shopping Village in Savannah.
6. How often do you get new stock?
Roughly every 2 – 4 weeks. If you want something that’s not on our website, you can place a ‘special order’! (See #7)
7. How do I place a special order?
Specials orders are anything that you don’t see on our website that you would like. Email us and a member of the Futbolista Team will provide you with a quote and arrival time.

Futbolista World accepts returns and exchanges of most products within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift certificates, undergarments, used products or customized products. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
