Delivery and Pickup:

Delivery

We currently deliver between the Centennial Towers in West Bay and the Lighthouse Restaurant in Bodden Town. Orders placed from outside these delivery areas may incur a delivery fee. Please note there is a minimum of CI $20.00 for an order to be delivered.

Pickup

You can pickup items between our opening hours of 10:00 a.m – 6:00 p.m Monday to Friday at 10:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday at our retail showroom. Please note we are temporarily closed weekdays between 3:30pm and 4:30pm. If you have a Special Order or Bulk, you will be notified as soon as possible when you can pick up your items.

Store Policies:

Futbolista World’s policy on refunds and exchanges.

Please make sure you order the right size to avoid any problems. We currently function in US sizes including apparel, shoes and other items. If you are not sure what size you wear, please refer to our size guide.

Note: Delivery costs are not refunded.

Can I exchange or return my merchandise?

Yes, but it must be made within 14 days after purchase date. Your items must be brand new, unworn, unlaundered, unembellished etc. It is essential that you return the bag or box that came with the item and appropriate tags. Please bring the item with a receipt or order number to the retail location. A staff member will be glad to assist you in your refund/exchange.*

*All refunds will be given in Futbolista World Store Credit. If there is a remaining balance due on an exchange, this will also be refunded in the form of Futbolista World Store Credit. However, if there is an outstanding amount due on your item, this must be paid prior to receipt of the new product.

What if I think an item is defective?

We aim to provide only quality and authentic football merchandise. Visit the store so we can do a thorough check on your item(s). We will find the best solution together.

Please note: Due to the intense nature of the game, all items – especially footwear and gloves – will experience normal wear and tear such as: color loss, material wear, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, etc.

Normal wear and tear will begin to show even within the first few uses. This is both normal and expected. These occurrences are common and not indicative of an item’s defectiveness (poor workmanship or materials).

We recommend replacing equipment after a season of play due to normal wear and tear. Defective equipment may cause injury or be hazardous to the environment.

Very few items are truly defective. Genuine defects most often reveal themselves within 60 days of purchase. An item’s price does not indicate longevity but merely the quality of the materials and technology used in its construction.
